The enlarged objects can simultaneously be viewed and worked on in an ergonomic correct position. Without putting the workpiece or tool down, the picture can be comfortably zoomed in over a foot switch.
A 1/3TYPE CMOS color-zoom camera is used as well as a s-video-entry monitor. The signal can also easily be dragged onto a video beamer. A PC-connection ( via TV or frame grabber card) enables additional combined possibilities via software such as: Photo-shot and filming for archiving, documentation, presen-tation and quality control.
The professional bright and flicker free surface light technique with different lighting characteristics respective to shadows, rounds out the multiple use of the new LABCAM-System.
Two light characteristics: light with shadow and shadow free light
Some works require an even and shadow free light from all sides. Other works may require an assymetric lightto create shadow. Until now, this was managed by using different lamps to fulfill the individual requirement. The light characteristics of the new camera lamp LC 6 can be changed by using the toggle switch. This enables you to carry out all sorts of different work with just one lamp. Moreover, camera unit and lamp are fully adjustable and the position of the camera lamp can be individually set.
